Not only are they great exercise bands, but the customer service is exceptional. The bands come with a tiny manual that contains an address to email for 52 exercises to do with the bands. I emailed and within 36 hours had a PDF. Very happy with my purchase!

These are brilliant – 5 levels (i have purchased 3 levels of resistance bands in the past) but these are so much better! I love these bands – you can carry them in your gym bag and use when needed!! They come in 5 levels of resistance: Extra lights, light, medium, heavy & extra heavy. I have used these bands in my fitness classes primarily for leg exercises, but they can also be used for upper body work. They are sturdy, have a great thickness and do not roll up/down your leg like the rubber resistance bands do. These were a great price and I would highly recommend using these for sure!
