How did we get our start?
The ah-ha moment happened when Co-CEO and Co-Founder Heather Hasson was grabbing coffee with a nurse practitioner almost a decade ago. She couldn’t believe that her friend spent grueling 16-hour days serving others while wearing boxy, scratchy, and uncomfortable scrubs.
With a background in fashion, she set her sights on revolutionizing the industry by creating technically advanced apparel for the modern healthcare professional.
She partnered with Co-CEO and Co-Founder Trina Spear to not merely improve scrubs, but to completely transform the healthcare experience.

When we started FIGS, we created our Threads for Threads initiative to donate scrubs to healthcare professionals who work in resource-poor countries and lack the proper uniforms to do their jobs safely. Figs are my absolute favorite scrubs for nursing , these fit true to size , feels fabulous on , has some stretch and are so comfortable . Washability is fantastic , they last for years !

Quality is great, runs small
The quality of the material is great. They look great on but I would say that they run very small. I usually wear a small petite in any other scrub brand. I purchased medium regular length. Iâm curvy and getting them over my hips is slightly snug. I could probably size up to a large to have that be a none issue.

Great for travel, too
These pants fit me perfectly, although the thick non-stretchy high waistband is very tight over my hips as I pull them on. This is good because I never get the feeling that my pants are falling down. Pockets are in all the right places, the cut is slim but not tight, and on sub-freezing days I can wear silk long johns underneath without feeling constrained. Some reviewers complained of the fabric pilling, so I’m following the washing instructions to turn them inside out.The measurements on the size chart really are true to my body size, but there is no info here about lengths.The Figs website states: Petite 28″, Regular 30″, Tall 32″.I’m 5’8″, ordered Tall and the length is just right.

Garbage.
I am really disappointed. Figs brand is the most expensive and the only low quality of my entire scrubs. I bought a pair of pants and a top. After wearing it and washing one time as followed in the care plan, the pants started to peel as shown in the picture. Even without the peeling I will still need lint rooler to clean both pants and top.The dark color stays still, the picture shows a gray color but itâs black.
