Containers are great
The product contains the correct containers as described. But, the instructions donât explain the plan or what plan to use in relation to your individual needs. If you need the plan that explains how many containers you need per day, you can just do a web search for the 21 day container plan and it should help you use these containers.

Great tool to get back into meal prep
I packed the 14-piece set so I could prepare meals quickly. The containers, in my opinion, are ideal for maintaining discipline and are the ideal size for meals. They don’t hold liquid well, according to my test:( After shaking it for a few seconds, it began to leak. It is not recommended for use with soupy or liquidy foods. Everything else is fantastic, other from that. It includes a measuring tape and a little printed guide with meal ideas and practical advice. I’m not sure how durable they are because I haven’t tried cleaning them in the dishwasher or heating them up in the microwave. It might be good because the package states that it is microwave and dishwasher safe.

Very east to open and close.
I liked this portion control set because theres a lip that makes it easier to open when needed. I also like that these snap shut, so you know instantly whether the container has effectively been closed. I also like the different colors for identification purposes when stored in the fridge. Great set.

I like the different sizes to create the portions but the names on top washes away
I like the sizes and different colors, but the names on the top of the lids washed away on the 2nd wash. So now, try to remember who is who for the portions, and the lids do not seal completely. I put some dressing on the container for dressing and the thin spilled inside the lunch box.
