He probado otros y este me pareció muy sutil el sabor, si buscar un jugo de dulce como otras marcas, este no es, pero si le ves el lado positivo, no es tan invasivo para ponérselo al agua fresca, prefiero, como para ir alternando entre este y los que son super dulces.

I was actually looking to help lose weight with moderate activity. I felt more energetic with this product, and it perhaps will work wonderfully for those who “work out”. I feel with an altered diet and increased activty, it would work for a plain ole somebody like me. But, it’s too much money for me to experiment with. The taste is ok….tiresome after awhile. Sorta citress, sweet/tart. Easily tolerated, but I began to look at the bottle and didn’t want another dose with the flavor. I take a lot of vitamin supplements, and was looking for an L Carnitine, without adding another capsule to swallow. Hmmmm…perhaps a chewy?

It works, but won’t buy this brand again.
I got this to help with focus, motivation and energy. I will say that it has significantly helped, I have serious ADHD. My boyfriend jokingly said I took his Adderall lol that’s how well it’s working. HOWEVER, I will not purchase this one again. I will be finding a different brand. Reason number 1, the taste is horrible, only putting up with it because it is helping and I don’t want to waste my money lol Reason number 2. This has the synthetic form of B12, which i always avoid, but didn’t realize it was in this. That synthetic form of B12 can cause a boatload of problems, and it’s definitely worth avoiding.
