Perfect slicer for zucchini, potatoes, cucumbers, etc. Makes quick work of meal preparations. Extreme caution when usingas blade is very sharp, the slicing goes quickly and requires diligent attention. Not for youngsters! Clean up is quick and easy. I cannot stress enough to be careful!

I wish it had more slicing options because a 2mm and a 5mm are not always big or small enough. We bought this to go with our new dehydrator. It works well for what it is. My only other complaint is that not everything fits inside the container for easy storage.

Immediately check your product! Don’t wait until you need to use it like I did. My product was broken prior to packaging. I know this because the missing piece was no where to be found.Aside from the product arriving broken, the product is very easy to use. It cut through a sweet potato with ease.

I only received my mandoline yesterday and was keen to try it out. So, today I tried the slicer on potatoes, swede and leeks. The potatoes were easy. The swede was easy as well. The leeks were ok initially but because I was holding them upright was being careful not to get my fingers caught. They all really worked well. I think the whole set up has been well thought out. All the disks sit well in the little box. There is space on the sides of the box to put the two funnel shaped disks and the end has a space for the other attachment. It says to put the finger guard into the main box but I couldnât get it to fit. So, it sits on top which is fine. I found the whole thing very sturdy and the blade for slicing was very sharp. It is easy to hold the end of the box while using so, all in all a great piece of kit.
