Iâve been taking these vitamins since the early 90s. Yes, that long ! Itâs not so much that I feel better when I take them, but I notice that I actually feel worse when I forget. I get tired more easily, feel worn out before dinner time even hits, then I realize I havenât taken my vitamins for a couple of days.
