It does what it says. It really has increased my joy for life.
This has given me better sleep, way better focus, and more energy. I am up to five in the morning, and five in the evening. Iâve never had any issues with taking it. The fact that I can get up in the morning and just start doing things Without even thinking about it as a miracle. I wonât ever be without this. Iâm gonna see if my husband will start taking it. He has a really difficult time getting going and being focused.

Early on more energy noted
First and foremost follow the instructions to slowly progress to the 10 tablet daily dose. Tried 5 at first and experienced gastrointestinal issues , then reduced to 2 for a few days then progressing to 10 over the course of almost 2 weeks. Definitely feel more energy but won’t know true improvement until my next lab tests. Recent ones showed low RBC count and pernicious type anemia which aren’t alarming doctor, but this is my attempt to be proactive. Using B12 supplements in past hadn’t changed numbers, but time will tell for this product.

LIFE CHANGING
I feel much better overall since I have started taking these. I have been going through perimenopause and literally felt like death for about a year. I heard a podcast about how spirulina can improve your overall health so I figured what the heck, give it a try. Since I have taken these I have seen an improvement in my skin, my energy level, I no longer feel bloated all the time, I am less hungry all the time. I honestly have not felt this good in years.I read other reviews stating people need to work up to the 10 pills so I did that. I started with 5 or 6 per day and after 2 weeks I am up to 8 or 9 per day. I usually take a couple in the morning, 3 around lunchtime and 3 in the late afternoon. They give me SO much energy that sometimes I have a hard time winding down at night. So in the evenings I sip on a Magnesium drink and this seems to do the trick. I am so happy I started taking these.

The quality of this product is supreme! I have tried so many other brands of organic spirulina and chlorella tablets, including Rainforest Foods and Synergy, neither of which delivers what it claims to do. However, this product from Good Natured really makes a huge difference for me, I’ve got so much energy to complete my weekly sessions of boxing, spinning classes and figure skating now!It’s also extremely crucial for me that this product is from southern Taiwan and not from China (no offence, but with my past experience, I would never trust the quality of food/supplement from China). Being a Taiwanese myself, after taking this product and experiencing such positive changes in my energy level, I can honestly say this is truly a product of exceptional quality, and a much better value for money comparing to other leading and organic brands.

Choosing cleanest sources for superfoods is not easy. Many companies are willing to put profit before quality. And then is an issue producing superfoods in polluted environments such as China, where the soil, water and air are extremely contaminated. In addition food standards are much lower than in the EU therefore ‘Organic certifications’ is in doubt. Currently the best quality for spirulina and chlorella is produced in Taiwan. Yes it is pricier than other suppliers, but you’re paying for premium organic quality which is immediately visible in appearance, smell and taste.Spirulina and chlorella have many proven benefits; full of proteins and vitamins including B-12, detoxing heavy metals, detoxifies after chemotherapy and radiation, improves digestion, weight loss, improves immune system, lowers blood sugar and cholesterol and many more.
