Good Vibes, Good Life is one of those universal books that is great for anyone trying to better themselves whether they are a 16 year old trying to love themselves while trying to find themselves, all the way to the elderly trying to find peace within themselves!This book is very well written and easy to read! Once you start it, you will not want to put it down. I binge read this book in one weekend. Normally for books, I just try to read a chapter a day, 2 at most. But not this one! I am already looking forward to reading Vex King’s other book called Healing Is The New High.I struggle deeply with self esteem issues which then leads to self hatred and furthermore depression and anxiety. I have read other self help books and listened to some podcasts as well, but none have been even close to as inspirational and helpful as this book as been!This book really makes you think about how you view the world and how you live your daily life. This book is very relatable, inspiring, and motivational. This book is perfect for anyone struggling with internal battles whether they are depressed, lost, overwhelmed, self hating, etc. I really do believe every single person can learn something from this book even if they think their life is perfect and they love everything about themselves. Personal growth has no limit. It is crazy how it can be the smallest changes in your mindset and/or the way you go about things in life, that can have such a large positive impact on your everyday life.I am truly grateful that I found this book and I will most definitely be telling others about it as well!
