Update 5/5/24I received an email from GRV offering a full refund. I didn’t ask for one, but I appreciate the thoughtful consideration. I actually do use the watch near daily to track steps and walking distance so I don’t feel like I “deserve” a refund on something I am really using. And it’s accurate so I’m happy. I just wish the call/message features I bought it for worked better. Impressed someone reached out though and I changed to 4 stars for the great customer service!———I never receive messages and sometimes I miss calls, contacts won’t sync, even though EVERYTHING is set up and connected. The app you have to download is really clunky too. Watch tracks everything by itself just fine and it’s customizable. If you really just need a step/fitness tracker that looks nice, this is fine.

Perfect Smart Watch- Buy This Over Apple Watch
I have had an Apple Watch in the past and I hated it. The app circles on the home screen were too overwhelming and cluttered. It did more than I needed it to. I ended up giving it to my stepdad about a year ago, because I wasnât going to wear it. Fast forward to a year later and Iâm looking for something that tells time, shows heart rate, tracks sleep, and is a step counter. But simplified. I found everything I needed in this watch. The interface is clean. Itâs easy to navigate. The information loads quickly into the mobile app and the app isnât cluttered. Itâs simple, itâs helpful, itâs great. And itâs waterproof, so if it gets wet when Iâm washing my hands 100 times a day, if a student spills something on me, or if I accidentally forget to take it off before a shower, it doesnât matter. Itâs all good. And I did get it wet- no problem. I also love that itâs right around $30. If it gets scratched or broken while Iâm teaching or something, Iâm not going to be overly upset because it was $33, not $400. It just makes sense for me and my lifestyle. The battery lasts about 4 days between charges, but maybe I check the time more frequently than others so and that could be why it drains faster than once a week. I would purchase this item again and I would buy it for loved ones. Great watch!

Two year review
Have been wearing this daily for two years and my top problems are decreased battery life (now requires charging every night or every other), watch band loop needs to be replaced about once a year because silicone breaks, have to regularly reconnect/sync to app to receive notifications. After two years watch band itself broke off from watch face and there is no option to purchase just the band to replace. Gold flecks wear off of watch face.

The app is terrible
I purchased this as a cheaper option to hold me over till I can afford to replace my Apple Watch. Fully prepared to accept that itâs a $30 watch and itâs exactly that. Nothing special. I use it purely for the step counting and thatâs all it does for me. The app is so terrible, it takes refreshing at-least 10 times to populate the steps from the watch to the app, it doesnât hold information from the days before just abuncha averages I canât make sense of.I canât look back at pervious work outs with out getting either inaccurate information or nonsense.If Iâm on a zoom meeting with somebody I have to turn off my blue tooth to stop the meeting from coming to my watch thereâs simply no other way and itâs only with zoom? The light is to bright at night even on its lowest setting. The screen is hardly responsive I could go on about how silly and nonfunctional this watch is but itâs fine because the step counter is decent and the battery lasts a very long time.

Excellent battery life
Have been wearing this watch daily especially to track my steps and the watch remains powered for almost a month before the need to recharge. Very easy to set up, very comfortable can also provide notifications and heart rate measurements.

Loved the watch, until it gave me a rash
I loved the watch at first. It came in this beautiful green and gold color and looked really high end on my wrist. I purchased it mainly for the step counter and was surprised at how accurate it was! The battery life was pretty good, too. I could get at least 2 days wear out of the battery, although I mainly charged it every night. Iâve only worn it to bed a couple of times.I was very pleased with the watch, but then I started noticing a redness at the same spot on my wrist after wearing. I thought I was wearing the watch too tight so I loosened it a bit, but I that didnât help. Then the redness turned to skin sloughing off a bit. I didnât want to give up on my beautiful watch, so I cleaned the band, took a break from it and put it back on. But it turned into a full on rash with large raised red welts. So I finally decided to give up. The photos are after having the watch off for about 14 hours and itâs already looking better then it did with the swelling down. Iâm so disappointed that this watch didnât work out but thankfully today is the last day of the return period, so I will at least get my money back.

Excelente reloj. QuerÃa uno económico para recibir textos de Whatsapp, tener una alarma que vibrara y no sonara y que contara mis pasos. Es súper duradero y fácil de limpiar. Jamás se me ha rayado o quebrado la pantalla y lo uso para hiking y camping. No lo sumerjo en agua para cuidarlo porque creo que no es resistente.

My son really liked this watch and it only needed charging every 2 weeks for the first 5 months. Then suddenly it stopped holding charge and now needs charging daily which makes it pretty useless.
