Easy to use hand weights
I bought several sets of these hand weights for my exercise class that I teach everybody loves them . Theyâre easy to use and hold onto soft if you drop them you donât break your foot. The price is great. Very happy with the product.

Nice Quality BUT Are Different Lengths
Really nice quality and very well made. I also weighed each one and they are pretty close to what they should be. But unfortunately, I could not keep them. Length is important for my physical therapy and I needed 6″ or under. It states the product dimensions are 5.9″L x 1″W. But the actual dimensions are: The 1 lb = 6″ long / The 2 lbs = 6 1/2″ long / The 3 lb is 7 1/2″ long.

I bought these for my 85 year old mother with RA to keep her active and build strength. They are super soft as they are filled with sand or sand like material and the handle makes it easier to stay on her hands since she can’t really grip like she used to. I highly recommend this item !
