A must for older lifters for recovery
50 years old, moderate to heavy lifter and advanced yoga practitioner. Never really got too sore in my younger years but bodies change. I started lifting again about a year ago and was getting super sore, way more than I ever did before, and I couldn’t be happier with how this helps with recovery. Def works because I’ve stopped a few times to see how I recover without it. I wouldn’t be able to lift as heavy as I am without it. (I don’t think I’ve ever give a supp five starts, not even creatine hcl.)

Good if you take them in the time you bought them. I didnât take them for months, and somehow they melted, they were storages good with other pills and vitamins. The others were ok, but this one werenât.

This Acetyl L-Carnitine 1000 mg 200 Capsules pack is preferred to the over the counter capsules which are typically 500mg. This lower dose is inconvenient for damaged nerve treatments. Of course you still need to buy other supplements (like vitamin b12, b6, inositol, lipoic acid etc.) if you want the best chance of recovering from a nerve injury.
