We all have an ikigai.
It’s the Japanese word for ‘a reason to live’ or ‘a reason to jump out of bed in the morning’. The place where your needs, ambitions, skills and satisfaction meet. A place of balance.
This book will help you unlock what your ikigai is and equip you to change your life. There is a passion inside you – a unique talent that gives you purpose and makes you the perfect candidate for something. All you have to do is discover and live it.
Do that, and you can make every single day of your life joyful and meaningful.

Phenomenal
It’s one of the best books Iâve read in a while. I lived in Japan for three years and saw first hand how people liveâso carefree and simple. In the U.S. I feel that individuals struggle so much with juggling relationships, health, and work at the same time. In Japan, itâs a way of life rather than separate entities. This book talks about finding a purpose and never quitting no matter what. Itâs exactly what I needed to hear as a brand new author.

This book is all over the place. Not focused on Ikigai. Irony!
This book is all over the place. From the title, I thought they would explain how to find our Ikigai. They get into diet, yoga and what not.
