This is the best I have used yet. I find after lunch I am more alert after my shake, and feel problem solving is a breeze. I have been taking this for over a year now, and I feel the benefits of gaining strength as well as feeling like I am not in a fog as I get older, and have experienced it. Doesn’t mix well (or at all really). This is fairly common with most creatine monohydrate powders but important to mention. Would suggest mixing this with anything other than water as it does have a chalky taste on its own.Also note for the Jacked Factory, please change your scoop design. This is the only time I’ve ever seen a scoop have a stem this long but it makes it super inconvenient when you have to put the stem side down into the powder to close it, and then get it on your fingers when you take it out.

I read the reviews and did some research before I decided to go with this product. Mine came very secure, it had the protective seal below the lid as seen in the video but the lid was a little loose. I was a little worried because others said theirs came opened in their bag but mine was good. I don’t think it was tampered with because the plastic security thing on the outside. There is an expiry date though it’s kind of hard to see the year — I’m assuming that’s 2025…?Once I try it, I’ll edit my review but as of right now I’m giving it a 3 star.EDIT: July 1 2023 updateOK, this stuff isn’t bad AT all! Been taking it as consistently as possible (every day, if not every other day especially when I work out I drink it. I was sick a week ago so I didn’t drink any creatine till I felt better & was able to go to the gym which was 8 days.) I can definitely see a difference in my body & muscle growth (more defined/toned) & have more strength from May 6 when I purchased this to now. I usually only put 1 scoop into my 900ml water bottle and would drink that daily but recently have been putting 2 scoops in. I do have more energy in and outside of the gym. My goals at the moment are to lose weight (had a baby in 2021) but I also wanna grow my glutes/legs, tone upper body, lose my fupa & am trying to train as hard as I can when I am able to workout (approximately 3-4 times a week if i’m lucky). I did some research of my own, and creatine monohydrate is the supplement you want to take. For the price of this product, the amount you get, the great customer service & how good this product has been so far for me personally, I would recommend it. I wouldn’t waste my money on these other high end brands that add a bunch of flavors, dyes, vitamins etc into their creatine. I also dont find that I retain water on this as other people have said creatine does. I honestly haven’t had any weird symptoms while taking this, I genuinely like this creatine supplement and will definitely repurchase again. I have gained 2lbs but like I said, I’ve been training hard and have muscle growth, particularly my quads & hamstrings.The only downside is that this product doesn’t mix well and can be gritty at times but when I’m working out I don’t really care lol!Update October 19 2023On my second container of creatine & bought my third last week on prime day lol. Love this stuff. I was sent the fat burner XT as a gift from my first creatine container I got in May (there was a card in my container to redeem one of 3 products from JF & I chose the fat burner) and I will be trying it tomorrow. I was hesitant at first bc I have thyroid issues and was unsure how that would affect me but I’m ready to try. I just went over the reviews for that product & thought it’s worth a shot. The fat burner XT has just been sitting with my other vitamins. Excited to see how that works 🙂
