Okay so whatâs the tea ? Because Iâve read several among several reviews of this creating and MOST to all comments refer to the taste about how it doesnât taste minerally and ultimately thereâs no taste to it at all after mixing it. someone must be lying because it is QUITE minerally⦠thereâs no way you donât taste the powder in your water ð. Somebody mustâve lying and itâs not me !. Other than that, I will say that todayâs workout on creative has been the best workout of my 1-2 years of working out. I was able to do 5-6 sets of workouts that I usually give up on.. and the pain afterwords was VERY minimal. The first day I felt a little nauseous after taking it but the second day was amazing ! I will say, it does what it says it will do so I will reccomend. I will possibly update with my gains in a month. But like I said, you CAN in fact taste the powder in your water but the results make up for the taste ð

Great Product, But Gritty Drink
I like this creatine as I feel like itâs providing the effectiveness I am looking for, but Iâm taking this after switching from gummies. I donât love the gritty-ness in the water because no matter what it wonât all dissolve. It is truly flavorless and provides what I need, just donât love the texture aspect.

I’m surprised. It mixes extremely well, with no bitterness or jitteriness, and comes with a little scoop for ease of use. I used today right after my CrossFit training, and here I was enduring! I give it a 10/10 for effectiveness and quality; the taste was also excellent. Great value for your money!

I havenât noticed a smell. I only take one scoop a day and I mix it with my flavored water. I cannot notice a difference in flavor or texture. Iâve also mixed it with yogurt and protein shakes – also didnât notice any change in flavor or texture ⦠this is truly flavorless and I appreciate that! Iâll definitely keep buying this!
