I’ve been interested to try apple cider vinegar gummies for a while now, and I finally decided to give these a shot. I haven’t tried others, so I have nothing to compare them to re: taste & texture. However, ACV is the primary vinegar we use in our house for anything cooking related, so I was curious how these would be. Pros: they’re chock full of all kinds of good stuff, including B-12, B-6, Folate (SO much better for us than synthetic Folic Acid!), Iodine (which our diets require–but keep an eye on it if you have thyroid issues like I do), not to mention the Apple Cider Vinegar, beet root, and Pomegranate (this one especially got me excited as it’s such a powerhouse of goodness). The texture is fine–not too sticky or overly chewy. They come in a cute little apple shape & are a little bigger than a “standard” gummy bear size. The ACV flavor is StRoNg though. I happen to love vinegar, but there is no way my husband could tolerate these. He doesn’t even like the smell of vinegar. This is definitely not one of those supplements where they hide it so well in the delivery agent that you’re not sure if it actually contains any of that ingredient or not. You’ll know it with these. They both smell and taste like vinegar. There is some sweetness there that helps cut the hit of vinegar, but it is not hidden under many layers of sugar & other fillers. On a kind of funny note, I will say that my dog was really curious about these when I was testing them. She really wanted a piece, so after I checked to be sure they didn’t contain xylitol, I gave her a little bit. She initially spit it out, but after a minute, she came back & gobbled it down & then started sitting & doing tricks trying to get more. She’s a super picky eater with an even more sensitive stomach & tends to avoid anything that might cause an upset stomach, so I was very surprised that she was so interested in them. I don’t have intentions of splitting the jar with her, but maybe she knows they contain something she needs….who knows? Recommended (but with reservations if you’re sensitive to the taste or smell of vinegar)!

Ok so, they work pretty good to not make you bloat, but unlike other reviews i don’t think they taste good at all. if you have a bad gag reflex i don’t recommend getting them. But overall they work pretty ok.

I’ve been using these gummies for a few weeks now, and overall, I’m quite pleased with the results. The apple flavor masks the vinegar well, making it easy to take daily. The gummies are also non-GMO and gluten-free, which aligns with my dietary preferences.In terms of benefits, I’ve noticed a slight increase in energy levels and an improvement in digestion. The addition of B12 and folate is a nice touch, and I feel that these gummies contribute positively to my overall well-being. They are suitable for both men and women, which is great.However, I did find that the effects on lean body mass support were not as pronounced as I had hoped. While they have certainly helped with energy and digestion, I haven’t seen a significant change in body composition. That said, everyone’s body is different, and results may vary.
