So far, Iâve used it multiple times and I found it to be useful, especially when I change the heads for different parts of my body. Iâm primarily using it on my right hand since Iâm suffering from a trigger finger and Iâm using it to massage the tendons in my two metal fingers, it appears to help somewhat.
