I do not take this for weight loss. I consume this and other essential fatty acids due to being a vegetarian.

Weight loss aide!
Iâve been using these type of pills off and on for years and they work great as an appetite suppressant, and weight loss supplement. I decided to try this brand because of the reviews and lower price point and Iâm not disappointed. These work just as well if not better than the higher priced brands. I would give these a try if youâre looking for this type of supplement and hopefully they keep the price low with the same quality ingredients.
