Hi, Carnitine may help fatty acids go into the mitochondria. Acetyl carnitine may help fatty acids go into the mitochondria in the brain. I take this and many more supplements due not absorbing nutrients well due to Celiac. Eating no gluten helps my intestines heal so I absorb more nutrients/minerals. Below is what I do daily.
