Great amino acid / product – works for me
I run about 30+ to 50+ miles a week and I am in my early 60’s. I’ve been able to maintain a certain weight, but no matter my exercise level the love handles would just not shrink. But now taking 2-4 grams of this product per day I have seen excellent results and actually have lost not only some inches but weight without changing anything. Highly recommend trying.Yes, the pill size is big. There are liquid forms of L-Carnitine available. Worth trying.

Not sure if it’s doing anything, but I have less PVC’s
I have no idea why everyone is complaining about the size and how hard they are to swallow. I grab a bottle of water, and chew them up, then swallow!! No issues!! None!! Kinda sour taste (there is liquid at the center), but nothing horrible when taken with adequate amounts of water.

Since adding Now Foods Supplement’s L-Carnitine to my morning vitamin and supplements arsenal, Iâve noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels. So much so that Iâve eliminated my second cup of morning coffee. If I skip taking it for whatever reason, I notice that I have a little less pep in my step that day. The only thing I dislike is the large size of the tablet, as itâs a little hard to swallow. When I repurchase I will make sure to get the capsules instead.

Great Product for a Good Value!
Let me start out by saying that I think NOW is a great brand for very reasonably priced supplements. I also have tried several different L-Carnitine supplements, and I keep coming back to this one.This bottle has large white pills that are not too difficult to swallow. Some L-Carnitine supplements do not smell very good, but these have virtually no smell. I take these daily to help enforce a higher metabolism so that I can lose weight faster. While I do maintain a healthier diet than before, as well as go to the gym a minimum of 4 days a week, I have been taking these pills daily and have been losing weight. Don’t expect this to be a miracle pill, but I’m sure that you will notice the difference.Also, I had been looking to increase my fertility. When I saw my urologist for fertility problems my sperm count was low. I searched on the internet and discovered that L-Carnitine can be great for increasing sperm motility and overall health. Since my first appointment with my doctor, making lifestyle changes, including taking this supplement, I was able to nearly quadruple my sperm count and it is now within normal standards. A few months ago, my wife finally was able to conceive! I really do believe that this pill played a big role in helping with that.
