Me gustó porque me ayudó con la energÃa durante mis entrenamientos, y noté mejor rendimiento fÃsico en los dÃas más intensos.Eso sÃ, las pastillas son grandes y un poco pesadas de tragar, lo cual puede ser incómodo si no estás acostumbrado/a.â Lo mejor: buena dosis, duración larga y efectos positivos.â ï¸ A tener en cuenta: el tamaño de las tabletas puede ser un detalle a considerar.

I was told to take carnitine by my nephrologist. I find these easy to digest, and I think they are doing some good. The price is economical and the pills seem to be consistent from bottle to bottle. They are a bit large, but they can easily be cut with a pill cutter.
