Easily mixes
CLA helps with my workout goals. I can see more muscle definition. I am not sure if it suppresses my appetite, but I did make great food choice over the holiday. The amount of product vs. what I paid felt like I was getting value for my money. The taste is a little chalky, but I mix it with a pre-workout and do not notice.

good product, but it should come with a more specific warning
This is a decent product, it mixes well in liquid and as far as I can tell, is what it says it is. I had been meaning to try this for a while because it is said to help address both body types. In my case I thought it would help me put on weight from strength training.I don’t know that I can continue using this though. There are some warnings about CLA:1) May increase insulin resistance2) May interact with cholesterol medications3) May increase vitamin A levelsI’m concerned about all three of these things and without regular tests to see if this is a bad idea, I have no idea what’s happening. It’s a little unusual to find warnings about a supplement like this (that you’d think would be very benign). I think Nutricost could add this information to their warning label and not simply issue the generic “consult your doctor” note. Aside from that I have no other issues with the product.

Great supplement for Metabolism
I use to get this supplement in pill form. I enjoyed adding the powder form to my protein shakes. I fee good about using this clean product from a trusted company.

So far, so good
CLA is something I’ve known about for a few years, but I don’t like taking capsules, especially larger ones. This powder is the answer because it dissolves well in liquids and can be disguised by other powders like magnesium and electrolytes. This doesn’t taste so great on its own dissolved in water. It’s worth a try.

Truly flavorless
This is truly flavorless, you can add it to anything without having to worry about it tasting terrible. Highly recommend

Lasted Forever
This felt like a never ending container however, I did finish this. I love the brand nutricost so I wanted to try this out for my morning routine. Doesn’t upset my stomach or anything.
