Work’s at a good value
Had a guy in a vitamin muscle store suggests this to me as a supplement I should be taking. I take one everyday with other supplements. I think it’s helped me lose weight and build muscle. Who knows.? But I think this might be the thing that’s doing it.

After using this for a few months, I found that I had swollen hands in the morning. Dizziness, headaches, heart palpitations, and just a general feeling of fatigue. After stopping after a week, although symptoms went away.
