This is just pure creatine. No additives or artificial ingredients. This is the best value on the market for pure creatine. The powder has no taste, which is perfect because you could mix it with any cold beverage and not effect the taste. The powder also has no smell. The only reason for a 4 star review is if it is not mixed well enough the last sip may have a slight gritty feel. Still best value for creatine in my opinion.

Our NAVY son is deployed & he asked for this so he loves that him & the other Sailors can pay for it & use my acct to get the stuff they need or want. It takes a month or longer to get to them, but it’s ok they are over seas so Amazon is their best way to get what they want & need!

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I’m not picky so I don’t mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!
