This was an extra little gift for an avid tea drinker. She said it is cute and loves the tulip and has had no problems making it work. It’s price is what first caught my eye.

Good but tea leaves that are too fine slip through
I had previously been using a strainer after seeping my loose leaf tea but I had gotten tired of using two cups to make one cup of tea so I went ahead and got this. I had a problem using the metal tea balls in the past because they would come apart and let the tea out inside the cup (defeating the purpose) and get rusty. Right away I noticed tiny bits of tea escaped the bulb and the bulb kind of holds pockets of air so it wants to float up even when you pour the water over it.

Great diffuser, looks great sitting in the kitchen. Can be hard to get back together during and after use. After you get it back together hold loose tea without any problem.
