By now, many people have probably heard that a Co Q 10 supplement or l carnitine powder may provide a helpful fertility blend for those who need a little extra support while trying to conceive. This is because both CoQ10 nutritional supplements and Acetyl L-Carnitine Powder can help provide antioxidant support, which can help promote healthy eggs and ovarian function. This formula may be especially helpful for women over 35 who are looking for ovulation supplements, pregnancy pills, preconception vitamins for women or egg quality supplements for women. It can also be combined with our Conception Support fertility pills to help further prepare your body for pregnancy. In addition to a CoQ 10 and acetyl carnitine, this fertility aid also includes acai berry powder because the ingredient is rich in antioxidants that can help protect healthy cells. So whether you’re looking for high quality pre conception vitamins for women, or a more well-rounded replacement for your standalone CoQ10 supplement, consider giving this formula a try today. *

Useful Quality Supplement
Comes well sealed. Easy to take the medium sized pills. My wife has found to be useful for overall well being and has had no negative side effects. They do seem to be of very good organic quality but are priced a lil higher. My wife will continue to take for the purposes intended.

Item was very well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I appreciate the added 100mg of CoQ10 as this has helped my overall health in the past when struggling with an ongoing health issue. Glad to have.

Good product from an established company
I use supplements to help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to get to know the company and product better, to help you determine for yourself whether or not you want to try this one out. This bottle comes less than half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. If used as directed it will last one month. I’d prefer they put more capsules in the bottle and/or use a smaller bottle. The expiration date on mine is Apr 2026.There is a very light scent and taste to the capsules, and they are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and made in the USA. This says manufactured in the USA, non-GMO, and the acai berry powder is organic. The product page also says 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I’ve come across so many questionable ones. Their phone number is on the bottle and the website has a chat feature. Their perelelhealth site is functional and informative. It has a Hello video from Dr. Bayati, a co-founder. They started in 2018 and has their story on the About page, as well as a page introducing their advisory panel. They have active social media and a number of helpful podcasts linked to from their website. There are a number of other features and sources of information on their site as well; you may be interested in checking it out.I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but I sometimes focus on feminine health supplements because some of them have such high quality ingredients that are useful for men as well. This one is one of them, and since we’re done having children my wife was ok with me using it =) I like the ingredients here, other than the silica, which many companies say they need to use, but the manufacturers of the highest quality supplements that I am aware of refuse to. For the price I would prefer to see no fillers.Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.

Good for fertility
CoQ10, Açaà berry and L-cartinine are essential for fertility support. My husband and I struggle with fertility issues and the only time I have gotten pregnant was after taking these (separately) for 3 months prior! Iâm happy to have found this Perelel brand supplement that contains all three supplements in on capsule! Iâm hopeful this will aid us on our continued fertility journey

Uses fillers, and a blend that hides the amount of ingredients, is NOT comparatively priced
Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.Perelel CoQ10, Acai Berry & Acetyl L CarnitinePROS:CoQ10, Acai Berry & Acetyl L Carnitine are great for supporting fertilityCONS:Uses a blend. The use of blends, or complexes, hides the amount of each individual ingredient. The amount may change from batch to batch, and as long as the total amount of the blend stays the same, the label doesn’t change and the consumer is not informed. I want to be an informed consumer – I want to know exactly how much of EACH ingredient is in my supplement. If a product works for you one time, and the next bottle doesn’t, see if a blend was used. It could be one of the key ingredients that was beneficial to you is present in a lesser amount.Uses fillers:ð Cellulose (cellulose gum, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose) is refined wood pulp and is used as a texturizer, an anti-caking agent, a fat substitute, an emulsifier, an extender, a thickening agent and a bulking agent in food production. It may cause loose bowel movements and or have a laxative effect. A 2021 study found that long-term consumption of cellulose gum can alter levels of beneficial bacteria and nutrients in the gut. This supports previous animal study findings that suggest prolonged consumption of cellulose gum may promote chronic inflammatory conditions, including colitis, metabolic syndrome, and colon cancer. It serves no purpose to the consumer in a supplement. NONE.ð Silicon dioxide (quartz or silica) is a natural chemical mix of silicon and oxygen that has uses in many food products as an anticaking agent. In a supplement, it is of no benefit to the consumer. When ingested in large amounts, it makes it harder for the body to absorb it. In return makes it harder for your body to absorb the other nutrients you need such as fats, minerals, and vitamins. So, taking supplements with this ingredient is most likely counter productive.$46.50 for 30 servings is $1.55 per serving. That’s insane. While CoQ10, Acai Berry & Acetyl L Carnitine are great for supporting fertility, this product is ridiculously overpriced. I feel it’s just another product charging too much to give people hope. These 3 ingredients could be purchased individually for WAY less.
