Steady Weight Loss and Great Energy
This blend has been very effective in helping to reduce my overall appetite and cravings. I take this along with a separate green tea phytosome supplement and the yellow Innovixlabs Multi-Strain Probiotic supplement. My goal was to find Lactobacillus rhamnosus, gasseri, and fermentum in one supplement along with green tea. I have a lot of energy and honestly have tried everything there is to try pre and post biotic wise. I no longer have sweet cravings or feel the need to finish all the food on my plate. I am a clean eater but perimenopause really wrecked weight loss for me. I have lost 7 lbs. within 3 weeks and am feeling great. Highly recommend.

Great if not allergic to ragweed
This product was a very effective probiotic for regularity and for curbing appetite and losing weight. Unfortunately for me, it contains sunflower lecithin. Since I’m allergic to ragweed, I experienced a bad allergic reaction including hives. Their regular brand is a good probiotic but did not have the weight loss benefit for me.

Effective and reasonably priced
Truly fantastic probiotic! I’ve tried many over the years, and this is one of the best. My gut is happy! The only one that’s maybe a little better in terms of gut health is Inner Eco (from Whole Foods)… but it has many down side. It’s more expensive, harder to find, has to be refrigerated, and tastes awful. Thin 30 works almost as well, is less expressive, is much, much easier to store, completely portable, and has no icky kombucha funk taste. Given all of that, I have converted from Inner Eco to Thin 30. I think most people using a pre/probiotic for “normal” use cases (ie – to promote regularity, reduce bloating, improve digestion, increase nutrient absorption, etc.) will be plenty happy with this product. 10/10

Causes odd cramping – not like their other products – Updated Review
I have used this company’s other probiotic products with great success, but this one causes odd stomach cramping that literally woke up at at night. At first I thought it was a fluke but I only get the cramping when I take this supplement. Sadly, going in the trash.EDIT: Updating to note that the manufacturer reached out to me and offered me a full refund which is obviously not Amazon’s policy due to it being a non-returnable item. I really appreciated their quick acknowledgement and response. I have used their other probiotics and they have been terrific, and will continue to use those instead.
