Fellas, buy pink exercise stuff. It’s cheaper.
I’ve purchased a few different bar and band kits like this recently and I’ll tell you for free if you listen to me that this one right here is both the best and the cheapest (at time of my purchase).Fellas, heads up: buy the pink exercise equipment. It’s cheaper most of the time and it’s usually just as good. This one is actually better.I have extra bands on hand, but this kit comes with 150lbs. I’m not Superman and I mostly use this particular kit for squats and stretches, so 150lbs is completely adequate for me.The kit has all the accessories you’d expect to see for such things. The handles, stirrups, cuffs, door hook, etc.. Everything stitched strongly and ready to go to work for some time to come.I have another kit that is almost exactly like this one excepting the fact that it’s very much dude coded. I mean that it’s black and orange and looks pretty bro friendly. Thing is… lemme check my records… that kit cost $36 and actually had a few less accessories.Also, this kit has a better bag. Actually looks like it might possibly be useful. The bags with the other kits I put right in the whathefck pile under the kitchen sink with the weird coozy sleeve full of infinite plastic grocery bags. Those bags were not worth dealing with. They will probably still be exactly where I put them to and through the day I die. Useless, see?Anyway, good kit here. Useful. Versatile. Well appointed. Pink.Fellas, buy the pink stuff. 🙂

Quality is the key to this product
I am a 48 year old woman and I decided I had to get off of my butt. I wanted a different kind of workout. I started looking at reformer Pilates boards, but then I came across this wonderful product. The quality of this product is amazing!! Iâm still shocked I paid so little for it. It is easy to assemble and very easy to use. I love using the chart for different ways to work out. I donât have to do the same move everyday. Even though Iâm going slow and doing it for only 10 minutes a day, I will be incorporating this into my daily routine. Great product that I am super happy about!! My husband even started to use it too.

Great quality, but some minor complaintsâ¦
(4.5 stars) Product is good quality and I enjoyed working out with the set. I specifically ordered the pro because I wanted the higher quality attachments and bands, and the quality did not disappoint. But hey sent me a red 40 lb band instead of pink, which defeats the purpose of ordering the pink se. I am also disappointed in the variety of resistances available between the sets. I wanted to purchase another band set from this company but they are twice as long as the ones with this set, so I wouldnât be able to combine them with the bands in this set and the longer set wouldnât work well with the bar unless I rolled them over the bar multiple times. Overall, Iâm satisfied and enjoyed the workout and wonât be returning, but itâs difficult to perform movements correctly and fully with the higher resistance and Iâd like to be able to move up by increments of 5 lbs. I wouldâve honestly paid more if they had a set with more resistance options including 5 lb (I.e. adding 5, 10, and 20 lb resistances to this set). That wouldâve been the perfect set. But, regardless of resistance options, if the band was the correct color, this would probably be a 5 star review. I do hope that they offer replacement bands, more resistance options, and band sets of the same size/construction quality to use with this pro bar set in the future though. I would definitely purchase if they did.

Great piece of equipment – highly recommend!
My order arrived quickly with no problems. It was very easy to assemble. It is a sturdy piece of equipment that gives a great workout. I would highly recommend it. The seller reached out to me very quickly to see if I was satisfied with the order and whether or not I had any issues / questions. My only suggestion would be to offer a shorter set of bands so that you can do some seated bicep / tricep work. I’ve adjusted the bands to the shortest length, but there was still too much slack. It’s not a big deal because you can easily do some work standing up, but it would be nice to have that option. Otherwise, absolutely no complaints.

Very happy with my purchase!
I work from home so I wanted some workout equipments to keep me moving since Iâm typically at my desk for 8 hours a day. I decided to search for Pilates equipment and came across COFOF Pilates Bar Kit. I had been looking at a couple of them and comparing them with the prices and what was included. I really did not want to spend more than $25 since I was for sure on a budget. This kit was $23.99 NICE and I got a few more things than the others.Upon opening, I was very surprised that it came with so much information. The thank you letter envelop was a good touch. I was also surprised to see a door hanger because other equipments that require you to utilize a door donât even come with one. But hereâs another plus itâs not a cheaply made cardboard or stock paper made, itâs almost like plastic (not the shiny kind), durable, water proof, tear proof too? Itâs thin but I would take that over a paper one any day.Iâm a person thatâs 5â1/5â2 so while reading the information packet I was happy to see they acknowledged us smaller folks to help us adjust better. I was actually pretty hype about it.Anyways, I finished my first session (I did reference the big poster training guide) and I must say this really is a workout and had me struggling. My heart was really pumping!All in all:- I received everything that was listed.- Floored by the thoughtfulness that was put into creating this kit.- Easy to put together and store- had a great workout- I can take it anywhereBtw, I donât write reviews but this kit and company deserved one.

Very unhappy. The middle piece cannot screw into the other 2 pieces. The replacement one was the same. Very disappointed. Quality looked good, but will need to look at another brand.
