Comfortable, great for all day wear, and easy to put on
These are very comfortable to wear and the quality of the material is excellent. It provides compression but doesnât squeeze too much at either end which is great. For your reference, my feet are 9 inches long, and I wear shoes from 5.5 to 7 depending on the brand and style of shoe. I got these to help with plantar fasciitis pain. It definitely feels like itâs providing a perfect amount of compression to the medial arch of my foot. If I feel like these actually donât help, Iâll update this review later, but if I never update, then take that to mean that they do help with plantar fasciitis pain! I have yet to wash these since I just recently received them so I donât know how they fair in a washing machine. They are not too thick. I can comfortable walk around with just these on and not slip on my hardwood (itâs actually vinyl I think?) floor. They are also very easy to put on! Make sure you check if it says left or right foot on the sock, because I did notice a difference in how the compression is distributed if you put it on the wrong foot at first. I also have a pair by the SOX brand and those end up hurting my achilles tendon after 8-10hours of wear, but these donât seem to bother it and allow me to wear them for much longer. I see how they can advertise you can even sleep comfortably with them on.

Immediate relief!
I immediately felt the difference after a long day shopping. I opened the box and tried them on. They went on easily, I ordered a Medium size, I wear shoe size 71/2 -8. Love them but afraid they are going to stretch in the long run.I do not know why I wait so long to order them, maybe because I had a pair that was very difficult to slide in. It was size small.I was in pain for 5 months, working everyday on my feet. I will wake up in the middle of the evening not able to walk.Thank you

Gives Me Great Support When Walking
Iâve been having severe pain in my right foot, which I broke a few years back. Itâs always been kinda bum and stiff since but never really hurt like this. Itâs this shooting pain near the heel, arch, and the top of my foot. Sometimes it shoots up to my shin. Because of that, Iâve developed a limp and my left leg is killing me because of the overcompensating.Initially, I didnât notice a difference with these apart from the compression. I wore them for a few days, still having the pain only it took more walking to get to where it hurt. I decided to take them off for a day. I instantly felt it and regretted it. You donât notice it at first sometimes but these things really give your ankle support! Itâs like theyâre hugging the arch of your foot. Iâm still in pain and planning to see an orthopedist, but these absolutely do help! Also- they are pretty thin and donât affect your shoe fitting your foot. I even put mine under socks.

Heel pain resolved!
Still canât believe this addressed my heal pain. For a year I went from walking in pain, limping around every time I got up from resting to barely noticing I had a problem after wearing these Sox for about a week. I started with the closed toe Sox, was ok but when I wore a second pair of thin Sox it made my feet sweat, so I figured I would try the open toe, they are very comfortable and I can wear to bed, there are a combination of items, Sox, insole, shoes that made the pain go away but the Sox made a 50% contribution to the solution. Good quality product and if you suffer from heal pain itâs worth a try.

With these being my first pair of socks for the plantar area, I don’t know what’s normal/to be expected from a good pair of these types of socks. I specifically ordered a size small — TWO SIZES BENEATH my normal size — because I NEED tight-fitting socks to also offer compression near the center area of my feet, though that’s not necessarily the precise plantar area. However, these socks aren’t offering that for ME. On the otherhand, they fit quite snugly in the area below the crevices of my toes, which is where the “band” is placed, so that’s good.I also needed the toes uncovered, so that was another appeal for ordering these. I like that part, but the drawback with that is when I’m in the house, I must choose to also wear house slippers along with these because I don’t like the feel of part of my bare-toes being exposed directly to the floor while the rest of my feet are covered. (I don’t like walking barefoot anywhere, so this is just an observation that I hadn’t considered when ordering. This “slight” just comes with these types of socks).Additionally, they are aesthetically pleasing, but in the few hours that I’ve been wearing them, they’re already exhibiting signs of wear & tear. (That’s likely normal for the friction generated by the carpet rubbing against this material, though thread is already loose at the top of the left sock. Is that because the sock is not my normal size or just a flimsy sock? I can’t judge that until I try ATLEAST one size larger.)Lastly, they also seem to help diminish physical pain which is absolutely WORST at night.My rating is more like a 3.75 – almost 4 — not 4. If I had these responses with my normal-size socks, I might be a better judge of their overall

It actually worked, even for high pain levels
I was very skeptical that this would help me. My pain level was very high, keeping me awake at night. Wearing them all the time, even while sleeping reduced the pain drastically and consistently. I benefited from these more than anything else. I didn’t think they were tight enough, but they are comfortable enough to keep on and wear daily.I tried doubling them up, with a second over the top of the first in reverse. This did not work and wasn’t necessary.

I initially bought these socks for myself but shared it with my sisters who also have pain under their feet. They were amazed at how much comfort they got from it. Fast delivery, after a few washes the elasticity doesnât provide the grip and skids down as you walk ð. Not recommended- doesnât help relieve plantar pain as listed.

I ordered these socks to deal with pain from plantar faciitis. It has helped with the pain I was experiencing in my heel area, that is the positive. On the negative side, after wearing the socks for a week I have developed a bruising type pain where the sock ends near my toes on the small toe side. I don’t see or feel any bump or pressure point and its only on one foot. If only feet were symmetrical…sigh. I may get a different pair of sneakers to see if it is related to a pressure point in my footwear. I never had a problem with this footwear before.

For this type of support to work it must not be able to stretch. This stretches like a ladies nylon. Therefore, no support. No returns either.

These really helped my plantar fasciitis. So much more comfortable to walk. Wear them in bed and those first steps in the morning are no longer painful.
