I just received my Meditation Kit and absolutely love it. The Affirmation cards are beautiful, and the quality is amazing! The intention-setting candle smells great and it’s made of pure essential oils! I loved that it came with a Smudge Guide, so I could help strengthen my meditation practice. These tools are perfect as a gift or to add to your daily ritual kit. Will definitely be buying again.

I would give this between 3.5-4 stars. If you are looking for a similar product, and choosing between kits, I would generally recommend this product. I am not a frequent user of meditation kits, but do think this is a fine choice. I would note that it says Storage Box included, but I don’t see it as very well made box, its just cardboard. The candle and other burning products have a very nice smell, which makes it enjoyable even if you are not a frequent meditator. There are pretty good directions for use, but I wish there was more for first time users. The affirmation motivation cards are a very nice quality. I like the inclusion of everything you need, and the Chakra Bracelet is very cute.

Nice thought provoking reflection journal set
This is a wonderful gift set for a cherished loved one who could use some more self love and self care or even just your self. This set encourages mindful awareness of one self and how to promote a healthy level of self care and self attention through self awareness and acceptance. The journal has an initial chapter that takes some in-depth thought and some time to etch out healthy individual goals and intentions. I tend to thoroughly enjoy things that encourage self awareness and thought provoking engagement towards oneself. The journal and affirmation cards do a good job of that. The journal does have a little bit of corny feel to it by creating this rainbow path or rainbow imagery to encourage mindful intentions in ones life. I donât care for the couple parts that want me to color how I feel. Other than that the I do find the journal to help with an insightful thought view of my self and my intentions.I really like the mindful affirmation cards that help to support a positive mentality. I also really like the really nice lavender balm stick. The lavender scent is lovely and relaxing. The scent of the lavender balm last a little while once I apply it to my wrists. It smells so relaxing and refreshing after application. I also really appreciate the nice carrying case that can hold all the different scents/flavors of balm that are available. I also appreciate that the case can hold my singular Lavender balm and the affirmation card deck and pen. I will also say it does not appear that the case would be able to hold more than one balm stick and the set of affirmation cards.What I like most about this set is that it does a good job of trying to pay attention to myself in a well rounded view to help with self growth. It doesnât focus strictly on like manifesting a certain mentality or life or goals. It helps to acknowledge issues that might have a role in how I respond and deal with things and what hinders me from achieving certain goals or ambitions I have for my self. I would show the book but, Iâve already written in it and donât want to share that level of personal information. Overall this is an excellent gift self that would really help to exercise mindfulness and self awareness. I would absolutely recommend this gift set! It makes an excellent mindfulness, self awareness and self care gift.

I mostly just got it for the affirmation cards. Theyâre cute! I pull on at random on days I could use a positive affirmation. The journey and oil balms were a nice addition.

Pretty nice kit. All these things came in the normal package box, but there isn’t an extra box inside the delivery box, like a gift wrap. The candle smells really good. The scent makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. It is nice that there is a guide included to tell you how to use a Santo stick. The motivational cards pack is pretty beautiful too. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase.
