On a month trial of these. Pro Tip- don’t get the recurring delivery until you know if these work for you.Small football sized pill. Easy to swallow and has a fairly pleasant taste .I’m very sensitive to anything I put in my body but so far I have changed nothing in my life and I am sleeping thru the night. Previous to these pills my Allergies would wake me up about 1-2 AM and block my nasal passages . That would get me so so sleep. Now have more energy and sleep better . You know how a good night’s rest allows you to tackle anything coming your way the next day.Don’t think they have any stimulants in them that would affect my high Blood pressure . Read ingredients and it looks good to me.Hope this helps someone….

Allergies?
I only took 1 tablet a day. I didn’t have an issue with the size or taste, but my chest broke out after a few days of taking them and I was itching badly. I gave them to my wife to take and the same thing happened to her. It was too late to return them so I threw the rest out. Other people love them but that was our experience.

I can not say anything negative on this product. My stomach has never been flat and I have never felt so good. If you are looking to get your nutrition in just try these. I have also stopped eating gluten as this makes a huge difference as well. I do take 2 in the morning and then 2 in afternoon for lunch. And I feel F* FABULOUS!

Positive Effects on Health
Other than limiting sweets, I started using these with my current diet. My diet is not special as I meet regularly including red meat. All in all I believe this product has really helped my digestion and energy. People noticed I look leaner even though I only list a few pounds. Good value. I would give it 5 stars if I really felt is was the only difference maker. Still I will continue to buy these because the digestive benefits alone are worth it.
