Very portable because you can roll it up, the quality is good, itâs an ease to use, and worth the price, I typically use it for my arm stretches!

Not the best types of exercise bands, but quality seemed good.
I returned mine. I do not like these types of bands. They are not stretchy enough. I do feel like they were durable, but the resistance was way too much for exercise bands. Not too thick. Not to over priced. Were a bit smaller than I would have liked. Using them and keeping your grip properly did not seem realistic. They were about what you would expect. I just decided to go with another option after seeing them.
