Quality supplement
This is a really great brand for supplements because they are very clean with their ingredients.CLA has many benefits, mostly because of its insulin sensitizing properties.- it has anticancer & anti-diabetic properties- it reduces body fat- assists in increasing lean muscle- it also has some anti-inflammatory benefitsCLA by Pure Encapsulations contains the conjulite form of CLA.Reports say that you can take this and not change your diet and still gain itâs benefits. I have cleaned up what I eat and I exercise regularly â elliptical and free weights. I have lost 22 pounds in the last 4 months. I have also gone down about 3 sizes in clothing and am seeing muscle definition in my arms and legs. So I think it might aid in reducing fat and gaining muscle. I have been doing a number of additional things to help balance hormones naturally and increase my low thyroid. So while I donât think this is a magic pill it is part of a routine that is helping me.I would highly recommend this product to anyone considering CLA because Pure Encapsulations makes quality supplements without fillers, colorings and most allergens.

Pure Encapsulations products are normally the best. After two months of taking this i lost 4 pounds. The good thing is I had no side effects. I tried Dr. Mercola CLA’s and so far am receiving better results in a shorter time spand. In only 2 weeks I have already lost 4 pounds and the cost is cheaper than these vitamins. Also, the capsules are smaller and easier to swallow.
