Taste like a chocolate milkshake!
Back in the day, I used to use OP Gold Standard Vanilla Whey. I’m a little older now and I’m prioritizing taste (I switched to preferring chocolate over vanilla). It’s the same amount of protein for maybe 30 calories more.I used 2% milk, and I add a 1/3 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, and one rounded scoop of this powder. I BLEND it. I’ve always blended all my protein shakes. Never used a shaker.It tastes like a chocolate milkshake. I actually look forward to the days I’m taking a protein shake.This item used to be found in my grocery store. I am having a problem finding the product now. This product tastes fantastic. These days I just can’t deal with a nasty tasting shake.I have also used the vanilla flavor. I always add frozen fruit to that one. Frozen bananas and frozen strawberries. I’ve also done frozen banana with the dash of cinnamon.And I always add the Greek yogurt. It makes it a nice thick consistency similar to all slightly melted milkshake.The way I make the shake I estimate it’s about 350 calories total, for 37 g of protein which include the 2% milk/yogurt.I am a repeat buyer and I hope the company continues to make this product.

Good taste
my son is PICKY with his protein powders.this has a clean vanilla taste. nothing overpowering or chemically.you do have to blend it well or it clumps. I wouldn’t use it with a shaker.

Huge price increase?
One of my biggest complaints about protein powder is you have no way of knowing if you like it without buying a literal bucket of it. I thought Pure was really onto something by offering this smaller more affordable “trial” size. But now I see the price has nearly doubled since my order. Same price as others that have more servings in the package? Naw. Won’t be reordering.I really like Premier powder but always wonder if there are others that are just as good. The Pure tastes okay. Not nearly as sweet as Premier. Also doesn’t blend as well. Shaking both in my Helimix, the Premier dissolves completely. Pure needs the helping hand of a shaker ball. (I don’t understand why Premier seems to be the only company with the secret weapon of complete dissolvability.)So all in all, really nothing special about this one and now costs more for no good reason. I’ll stick with my Premier.

I buy this product pretty often so imagine my shock at the small package delivered! Half the size for the same price and it won’t let me return. Never again! I’ll buy elsewhere in the future
