Great for Travel
Great for travel. Itâs small enough to fit in a suitcase but big enough to roll out your muscles. I took it on a long distance European hiking trek and everyone in my group kept borrowing it at the end of the day.

This works great for getting those muscles to release and is compact enough to take anywhere. I’ve used this at the gym, work, and home. It’s space friendly as the longer foam rollers require more clearance. The density of this foam roller is perfect, not too firm but not too soft either. So far, so good!

I found this roller to be too hard for me. Maybe my skin/muscles are too sensitive. I was unable to use it. If you are ok with a Hard roller, maybe it will be right for you.
