Buy it. Use it once, and you’ll be hooked. This gadget allows me to make all the shredded meat dishes I used to avoid because I hated trying to shred with forks and just getting big chunks. It works best when the meat is still warm, and sometimes you have to resituate larger pieces to finish shredding. But still super quick and effective. Cleaning goes easier with a bristle-type brush.
