I absolutely love this thing. It works amazing. I use the heat for skin contact and I believe thatâs how itâs meant to be used. I apply it to my lower back area. I have two herniated disc sciatica and Ubago from my L1 to my L5. I wake up with pain and I go to sleep in pain every single day for the last couple years. I swear I tell you this thing helps alleviate a lot of pain and a lot of pressure that I get. I use it myself when Iâm at work and I need to alleviate some pain. This thing comes in handy. Thereâs six different levels to it. Each one has its own ups and downs pros and cons. Just get used to find your little sweet spot and youâre good to go. Honestly, I only use the heat, but Iâm starting to consider using maybe the other Heads on it because they do look decently well-made. Anyways, by the damn thing itâs a good purchase.

I really love this! The massage quality is great has several different settings. I love the hot and cold functions. The different attachments make it easy to pinpoint your problem areas. I definitely recommend giving it a shot.

Never worked after the first charge
This item is of substandard quality. Never worked even once after the initial charge as the instructions recommended. When it was charging it was blinking red and than it turned blue but would not come on regardless of how one manipulated the PW button. They want you to waste your time and call their tech support. But let me tell you if an item that has a push power button requires tech support to turn on, there is something wrong with the item. These problems with these type of products are all too common with Amazon that just keeps flooding the market with cheap chinese crap. Buyers be ware!

This device seems like a good value for the money spent. The unit seems solid and comes with several attachments in a sturdy case. Incudes a USB charging cable. I like that better than the old bulky converter charger. There is no charging cube to plug into 110 so youâll have to use the one off your phone

I’ve had this for a couple of months now, and it is still working well. Appears to be very well made, as I have used it most days and it is showing no signs of wear and tear. It is still holding its charge fine, and only needs to be charged up every few days, when using every day. The different attachments are useful, and it certainly delivers enough power. Really good for muscle strainsâI use it before and after basketball sessions, especially on glutes, hamstrings, and calves. Definitely a helpful addition to the plethora of things I do to try and keep myself mobile and active on the court.

I’ve used a few other massage guns before and they either had very poor power, poor battery, or were too heavy and large to hold comfortably for a long period of time. This massage gun from Renpho is comfortable to hold, a bit smaller and lighter than most and has so much power. The Thermacool attachment is amazing as it does heat up and get quite cold and is a fantastic device. I had an issue where the attachment wouldn’t power on and contacted Renpho Support and they explained that it likely wasn’t pushed in hard enough and sent me a video on how to ensure it was pushed in properly. That solved it and their support was really great. Definitely recommend this device. The Bluetooth connection to the app is nice but not really that useful. Great value for a great massage gun.
