Good quality and price
Good quality and good price. So far so good, these are holding up nicely. I like that the weight/strength is printed on the fabric connector. It’s nice in pink, black is so boring and most of these kinds of bands are available in black. I bought hooks and screwed them into the frame around the closet – 3 to use with the bands, and one large hook to hang them on for storage. It does come with a bag if you travel and want to take them with.

I am not one to exercise but the different weighted bands are easy to use. I am only 4â4â so I canât use the handles and I canât use the bands on my ankles as I canât open my legs that wide, but I am definitely using the band and it helped me lose weight

I love the different resistances. I am still trying to figure out how they will work for me. The cuffs are a little rough on my skin. I will probably make a protective strap to go under. I like the door strap a lot. The handles are comfortable for my hands which are small. I will give more details after a lot more use.

There were many options for similar equipment on Amazon. I’m really happy with this purchase. The equipment is sturdy and holds up to wear and tear. Very versatile and compact for full body workout options. I have a super cramped house but I’ve been able to do everything I need to with these using the door anchor, which works flawlessly. Great for my PT exercises. Love the colors!
