I’m a senior and read that resistance bands are better than weights. These are perfect. You get various strength bands so that makes it a long term routine for me. No need to upgrade strengths in the future. These are great, durable and really priced affordable.

Good stretch
These have a nice stretch to them. Ones I had previously were too loose and didn’t give as good as workout. These are perfect and helpful in my recovery from a shoulder injury.
