Great variety and durability
I wanted to train to do a pull-up and I have used these for assistance. They have been great and I have been slowly working my way down in resistance thanks to the variety of options that come in this set. I hope to be doing an unassisted pull-up by the end of the month! They are all super durable and I haven’t had any problems with the amount of resistance not being enough. Also, very effective for a good warm-up before a workout or sport.

If you are serious about your workouts then you’ll agree with me that the bands do not stretch very far, pretty much unusable.I spent a little extra and got the rogue fitness bands. Night and day difference.
