These Resistance Bands Stepped Up My Exercise Routine
I have not used all the bands yet but the lightweight ones are just what I needed to do some basic exercises. After my 3rd back surgery this year I am looking forward to using them all real soon. And they were very reasonable prices.

Great set of resistance bands at great price!
I ordered this set because as people who use resistance bands know, they dry out and snap over time (just like rubber bands). This set was offered at a great price, 5 bands for just a dollar each. They came with a small back cinch-close back for storage – I think this was unnecessary, but some users may appreciate it. They seem to be excellent quality. I especially like that the strength is stamped right on each band – e.g., so I don’t have to remember that blue is x-light, green is heavy, etc. One thing that surprised me is that the lightest band is a bit thicker than all of the other ones – I’m not sure why this is, and I would have preferred if they’d all been the wider width. But that’s a small issue, and overall I’m very happy with this purchase.
