Highly Recommend!
Perfect compression for shin splints and lower leg hernias. I used these on a two day 18 mile backpacking trip, and they were perfect for keeping my shins from feeling sore or stressed. I also use these on regular days at work or home when my legs are feeling swollen, they help with circulation and the swelling goes down after wearing them for a couple of hours. The sizing guide was perfect for me, I ordered the small and they fit with just the right amount of compression.

XL is perfect for my forearm
I originally bought some of these a year or so ago for my legs. I’m not sure who they measured them for, but an XL is far too small for a 5’11” 240 pound man’s calf. On the other hand, they do a great job of relieving the pain from nerve damage in my right elbow and wrist from a job I had 30 years ago. Measure carefully. These fit tight, but they’re comfortable. There’s no way I can get them past my elbow over my biceps either.

Be careful not to poke your fingers into them.
When you gather them in your hands to get ready to put them on, treat them as if they are sheer stockings. Because when you stretch to pull these TIGHT socks on, you can easily poke a finger into it causing a run. You’ll quickly get used to pulling them without digging your fingers into them. I use them when I fly on airplanes to prevent blood clots. I wear then all day in comfort – you forget they’re on.

Mom loves the support!
I purchased the calf sleeves for my 83 year old Mother. She said they fit perfectly and work very well. They have given her additional support and now she and my Dad have restarted their daily walks to the park!

Works for what I need it for.
If you have short legs, the calf sleeves fit for calf size however, part of them will have to be on your foot in order to stop before going over your knees. Better alternative than having the fold the knee-high medical socks (from a medical supply company that “fit tested you”) over at the top to fit your leg, which will cause bruising from improper fit or possible blood clots.

reduce circulation issues
I highly recommend these for anyone who has circulation or even swelling issues. I used them this year for not only circulation but warmth on my legs at my desk as well. I’ve used some other brands in the past and they after wearing for an hour or so began feeling tight. Not these. They are very comfortable.

Really helped leg recovery
I just finished the Camino Portuguese and wore them all but 1 day. I have to say these compression sleeves really helped with my leg recovery. My calves felt pretty good at day’s end and would recommend these for hikes and long walks.
