It actually worked for me
First off I want to say I normally donât write reviews . However I have been taking this product for about th least two weeks and I love it . Iâm getting ready o go on a trip so I was starting to find something that even speeds up my metabolism at night time and makes me no as hungry in the morning & this is it ! Let me tell you how I noticed that it was this product that was working was when I stopped taking it two days ago . All the days prior I was able to let out unwanted gas , I was using the restroom every morning and even waking up with a flatter stomach coincidentally. This product is absolutely amazing for real and I went to buy more but unfortunately itâs out so Iâm hoping that it comes back in stock soon or find it elsewhere

Never again
So I took this for the first time on Thursday night at 10pm only taking two pills instead of three just to get my body used to them. I didnât take anything else. Friday morning at 6am I woke up rushed to the bathroom started feeling very very sick and then went to the floor with stroke like symptoms down both arms(completely stiff and curled) and couldnât talk like I was having a stroke.. had to be rushed to hospital in ambulance. All tests were normal. Perfectly healthy. Scariest day of my life, I will never touch these again.

Nice Supplement!
As far as supplements go this is fairly effective in helping with mood, relaxation, and sleep support (keep that in mind as it has melatonin, so donât take it during the day). However, for the metabolism support most of the supplements listed on the lowest end of the recommended dosage at best and nearly unnoticeable at worst. I was pleasantly surprised that there was berberine in this, which I already take as a daily supplement, so it was nice to see it had 250 mg which is about half of what I take as a pure extract (nice!). As for the other supplements, theyâre on the lowest end of the recommended dosages, which is fine if youâre considering this as a multi-supplement, but I think the CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) was the lowest out of all the others. I know 500 mg may sound like a lot, but the recommended dose for this is at least 3000 mg. Regardless, I was aware of the ingredient list when I bought this, and I plan on using it as a support to what I already take. All in all you will definitely see benefits that help lower blood sugar levels to some degree, and it definitely helps with sleep as it has 4 mg of melatonin and some Valerian root powder. If youâre looking for this to be your magic weight-loss-in-a-bottle, though, you may be disappointed. Great for other uses, though!

DOES NOT WORK.
Idk if people are being paid to lie or what but this product is NOT getting more than one star from me. I have horrible insomnia, and genuinely thought this would help with that along with curbing my appetite during the day, however it did not. At all. I had vivid dreams but was still waking up hourly, I felt no difference. And as for the appetite, it also made no difference in my day to day, I havent lost an ounce of weight or had any appetite suppressant with this product which I was taking religiously. I don’t understand these companies that make a product with false claims. It’s bull! So if you see any review I hope it’s mine to detour you from the lie of a product.

I’m impressed with this supplement from the very start! first it has no aftertaste and it not hard to swallow, you will definitely lose some weight with this am 3inches down, my energy level and my sleep O GOD my sleep is so much better and am ok with the price
