So it has been a game changer for me ⦠havenât lost pounds, but havenât put on either . I love this drink, i used to drink a lot of soda and it has helped me in staying away from it. I mix it with water or flavor seltzer .. itâs really yummy and refreshing !!! Love it

Iâm a 26 yr old female, 5â8 114lbs, using this for curbing appetite & energy.REVIEW:The GoodI like the flavor a lot; I donât think itâs too strong or too artificial tasting.It really does curb appetite, Iâm not hungry at all while Iâm drinking this during the day. It takes care of my sugar cravings (which are severe, I could eat spoonfuls of sugar and want more, lol)It gives me energy because of the caffeine. It seems to have a much stronger kick than regular coffee, even compared to my 4 shot espresso drink.The BadVery similar to other drinks with very high caffeine content, I kind of feel like Iâm addicted to it, haha. I wake up feeling like I need it. Youâre not supposed to drink it 5 hours before bedtime and I want to drink it all day and night long.I do start having sugar cravings again in the evening so there is somewhat of a âcrash,â which seems somewhat counterproductive.The reason I didnât rate this 4 or 5 stars is because of the âcrash.âAs an important side note about the directions:The box says to take 2 servings in the morning and 2 in the afternoon each in a 16.9oz (standard size) water bottle… thatâs 4 packets a day!For reference, each packet contains the equivalent caffeine content of 1.5 cups of coffee. 6 cups of coffee is WAY too much for me so here is what I DO:I mix 2 packets in a 32oz bottle (empty Gatorade works well) with a handful of ice and drink it in the morning/through the afternoon.

Donât waste your money
After the first day of taking this I lost 7 pounds and was so excited because it tastes good and seemed effective.After the second day, I gained back 5 pounds and then gained back another pound after the 3rd day.Iâve had 3 nights of insomnia and have to urinate literally every 2 hours.It is very disappointing and discouraging to suffer through the side effects without the benefit of losing weight!
