Not really for total easy weight-loss, but rather more for a total crack-cocaine high
I want to give an honest review of this supplement, Stackers 3.So I am thinking about getting back on them. I was taking them for a very long time, but I stopped several years ago after Covid-19 hit. In my experience, they did not cause weight-loss (at least that I could see) but they did give me an energy boost of such a high feeling, I can barely even describe it.These might sur-press the appetite of some who take it, though I didn’t really feel that (but I’m an eating-machine anyways) but this could be the reason why some folks may lose weight, personally I think it’s just a sales-marketing thing they put on the bottle to attract consumers. In my case, I enjoyed taking them for the absolute crack-cocaine high that I would get every day. No sugary energy drink ever gave me this kind of boost, except for Celcius Heat drink (inferno punch, which I refer to as ‘Liquid Crack’)Having said that, I will refer to these pills as ‘Crack in a bottle’.I never took more than one per day. The instructions say to take 3, but I think that is way too much. My heart would probably blow-up in it’s cradle if I took that many every day. I do not recommend taking more than one daily, in the morning, no later. I also think they say to take 3 on the label so the consumer can pay for more at the end of a month, instead of three months. Again, another marketing strategy. On top of that, I do feel that these may cause a rapid heartbeat, so again don’t take more than one. If you’re consuming coffee, redbull, or other insane energy drink, don’t combine stackers. Its just too much. Either drink your caffeine and no stackers, or take a stacker and avoid the coffee and energy drinks.Overall, I think these are a good source for a jump-energy boost, but they should be taken lightly. These will keep you awake and make it hard to sleep, so don’t take them late or before bed. For the price, they worth it. Make sure you’re physically active daily when consuming these. Don’t just be sitting. Combine taking these with a good diet… don’t be eating crap food because you may experience the high and the crash. I am not aware of any serious or long-term health risks, but that doesn’t mean they don’t have them. I hope not, but it’s best to do your own research on that.Hopefully this is helpful to you. Helps curve cravings. If youâre not used to them, they will probably make you a little jittery but as a very busy mom, it gives me the energy I need to keep going and does help curb cravings.

Okay guys, I’m going to seriously give you an honest review
First of all, always check with your Doctor to make sure that you would be okay consuming this. Each pill has what like 250 mg of caffeine in it. That’s a lot of caffeine and if you’re sensitive to caffeine like this is a no-go for you. I like these particular pills for two reasons and I’ll tell you why in just a moment. But first let me tell you I am not using these for weight loss, and I do not use these everyday. That would be way too hard on my heart. Okay, so here is the real reason why I consume this ever: what people don’t tell you is that, what you need to know in regard to weight loss is, you can lose weight either from a calorie deficit, meaning you eat less calories than your body needs to consume, or you poop it out. Seriously be very, very careful about the caffeine. Something that you should know though is this pill makes your body expel waste better than anything I have ever experienced in my life and it doesn’t come with those cramps. Once again, talk to your doctor about the caffeine because that is way too much caffeine. Like I rarely ever take this ever anymore. But the reason why I still have these is if I’m desperate to go number two it’ll do the job. It’ll do way better than anything you can think of. But your heart rate’s going to go up a lot and you have to be very very very very careful. Also don’t take these if you have a shellfish allergy. I have also used the diet pill called Ally in the past, and I know that that makes people leak down there and it doesn’t produce the results that people want. This particular pill does not make you leak. However, you might feel like you’re going to have a heart attack so be very very careful. Talk to your doctor and probably don’t take these but if you want an honest review of these there it was.

I guess I’ll have to scrape up all the pink and purple pills that I can find because I’ve tried this grey version multiple times, different days, empty stomach or after eating, etc, and it did nothing for me. I wish I could still find the pink ones in the bottle but I’ll settle for the pill packs over these grey versions.

Gives energy without the jitters
I love these! They give me energy without the jitters. I have taken other energy/ diet pills that have given me jitters but these don’t. And better than other diet pills out there that do nothing. These will be my go to because so far they are the best!
