Works great but it takes time and still requires healthy eating and activity.
My wife was on some medicine that caused her to gain weight and I knew it bothered her because she is one of those always on the go doing something types. She stopped taking the medicine and tried dozens of things (and I would say we eat 90% healthy already) and could not shed the weight the medication caused her to gain.I found these so she tried them and she noticed a huge change in her clothes and I can tell too after 3 months. Again she is always moving and we already ate healthy so I think those are big factors in why this worked. Just helps her burn more calories than she already was.I would say if you take these and are not an active person and donât eat relatively healthy (we have one night a month called junk food night which is basically a buffet of unhealthy everything so thatâs an example of our 10% unhealthy, gotta go big!) then donât expect much.It also takes time. She did not start noticing a difference until the end of the 2nd month so it needs to build up in your system like any supplement. And hide the scale for two months. You donât need that added pressure or reminder just be patient.

An integral part of a weight loss program
Fighting being overweight on a regular basis is tough so having this in your arsenal makes your day so much easier. It works very well pretty much right away but watch the caffeine intake as these provide a clean energy boost and you donât want to be too jittery. To be careful, I cycle out on the weekends just to give my system a rest. Easy to take and easy to incorporate with my other supplements. Solid purchase!

Not for people with PCOS.
I have PCOS and with that condition comes insulin resistance. I was wondering why this supplement made me surprisingly hungrier and gain weight. Well turns thereâs an ingredient that makes insulin resistance worse. â L-phenylalanine does not appear to be beneficial for insulin resistance; in fact, evidence suggests it may impair insulin signaling and potentially exacerbate insulin resistance.â So now that explains why Iâve felt so hungry on this supplement and now kindly ask for a refund.

I feel that these pills are different ð¤
This pills arrive without a box. I don’t know if that’s normal. I had previously bought these pills and now they seem completely different. I took one and it still doesn’t take away my appetite. The ones I bought before were excellent, but Amazon had removed them. I don’t know why. But I’ll take another one in fasting to see what happens.

No noticeable affects
I bought this product to help boost energy. I did go through the entire bottle. I used as directed and did not notice any improvement. It had no effect on my weight either. This just did not measure up to what it is advertised for.UPDATE – A rep from this company read the above review and refunded the purchase immediately. Totally unexpected and a nice surprise to see that they are willing to stand by their product. So I changed the review from one to five stars on the basis of that they took the initiative on this when I never intended on trying to get a refund. They have integrity and for that I hope someone else gets benefits from this product. Just wasnât for me.
