Compared to the other brands of L-Carnitine that I have used in the past, this brand is a perfect replacement. I notice no differences in the efficacy of this brand compared to other name brands. There are no off-putting scents or tastes either, which is a plus.

Helps my workouts in many ways
I’m always changing up the workout ‘suppies’ I take to keep my body from getting used to any one in particular. This Carnitine supplement works well for me. It says to take 1 capsule four times daily, but I only do it 2x. The capsules have no flavor to them and are easy to swallow.Here is why I say it helps my workouts in many ways:I fell that I get better blood flow / better “pumps”, I feel like this helps improve my recovery, as in less muscle soreness, and it seems to give me more resistance to fatigue when doing cardio, since I can go longer before I get tired.Each bottle has 60 caps, which at 4x a day is a 15 day supply. I take 2x a day, so it’s a 30 day supply for me.

Good single free-form amino acid
I have become interested incorporating different amino acids into my supplementation routine for different purposes, including fitness training and general health. L-carnitine is an intriguing one with many purported benefits. With this you get 500 mg. per capsule, with 60 capsules in the bottle at a very reasonable cost. The suggested dose is one capsule per day, so a two-month supply. Sundance is a brand that I had not been previously familiar with, but after doing a little research and starting this bottle, I am impressed with the company and the product. It’s important to do your own research and ask your doctor and all that, but for me adding this one makes sense.
