Each recipe has gotten compliments!
Recipes are easy and most entrees take less than an hour from start to finish. What works for me is that the ingredients for the recipes are kept to a minimum and yet everything turns out flavorful and delicious. Because the recipes serve four and there are only two of us, they’re easy to cut in half and the most important feature, for us, are the amount of carbs listed in each serving.Recipes are well organized and the spiral edition is easier to work with. There are more recipes in the bound edition but I find myself using the spiral edition more.
