Prompts are easy to follow, helpful and relatable/can apply to anyone. Not frilly or flowery, which I like. Paperback is a little flimsy on the outside, but overall would reccomend.

This item is none returnable even with nothing written or wrong with it. The book was in fine shape when delivered to my house and returned to staples but i cant return it. In the book was the same concept of questions, there was nothing worth $25 in it. thanks for nothingðð¾

The paperback is made SO poorly the first time I opened the book pages had already come away due to cheap glue and poor quality manufacturing, itâs clear that profit is clearly more important than quality. Such a shame because itâs a great idea but charging £20 for this, should remove from the shelves and put a £20 quality book back.
