part “how-to” guide, part motivational manifesto
Hal Elrodâs The Miracle Morning is a transformative read that combines motivation and actionable strategies to help readers create a morning routine that drives personal growth and success. The bookâs core framework, S.A.V.E.R.S, is simple yet powerful:Silence (e.g., meditation or prayer to start the day grounded)Affirmations (positive self-talk to reinforce goals and values)Visualization (mentally rehearsing your goals to fuel focus)Exercise (even just 10 minutes to energize the body and mind)Reading (personal development or learning content)Scribing (journaling thoughts, gratitude, or reflections).Elrod further enhances the process by introducing A.B.C, which emphasizes:Adjusting the routine to fit your time and lifestyle.Building consistency by starting small and expanding gradually.Creating accountability through tracking progress or involving others.Recognizing that restful sleep is the foundation of a great morning, Elrod also shares the S.L.U.M.B.E.R.S. framework, which provides tips for improving your nighttime routine:Set a bedtime routine to signal your brain itâs time to wind down.Limit screen time before bed to reduce blue light exposure.Understand your sleep cycles and aim for 90-minute increments.Minimize caffeine and heavy meals late in the day.Build a relaxing environment (dim lights, comfortable bedding, etc.).Establish a wake-up intention by focusing on the purpose of the next day.Reflect on gratitude or journal before sleep to calm the mind.Sleep with consistency by waking and sleeping at the same time daily. These additional toolsâS.L.U.M.B.E.R.S. and A.B.C.âmake The Miracle Morning a holistic approach to transforming not just your mornings but your overall well-being.What makes the book so impactful is its universal appeal. Elrodâs methods are applicable to people of any age, background, or socioeconomic situation. His personal story of overcoming a near-fatal accident and financial ruin adds a layer of inspiration and credibility. He reminds readers that no matter where they are starting, itâs possible to create a life of purpose and success through intentional mornings. The book includes practical examples of how the frameworks have worked for people from diverse walks of life and offers free tools and templatesâlike journaling guides and goal-setting worksheetsâto make implementation straightforward. In essence, The Miracle Morning is part “how-to” guide, part motivational manifesto. Itâs a must-read for anyone seeking to make a positive shift in their life. By embracing this routine, you set the tone for productivity, mindfulness, and purpose every single dayâstarting the night before!

great inspiring book
Life changing insight into the life you want, implementing miracle morning into my life has made a great change in how I move
Amy S. White –
This book is life changing!
This is the first book I have finished, probably in my adult life and definitely in the last 10yrs. Normally I skip through the books finding bits and pieces that catch my interest before losing interest. Now each morning I wake up and I’m excited to sit down and read The Miracle Morning and practice the Life S.A.V.E.R.S.Why is The Miracle Morning different? It has inspired me to be the successful entrepreneur I had always envisioned I would be “someday.” Not there yet, but I expect to be in 90 days. All along deep inside I knew I would most likely fail at this too, since that’s how I viewed everything I had attempted to do in my life. I was afraid of failure, so if I didn’t try I couldn’t fail. Right?Hal shared all his real life traumatic and life altering experiences, failures and devastating financial set backs. Which I could relate to on a personal level. If Hal could go thru all that which is similar to my life experiences and he come out the other side more successful and found an even greater amount of financial freedom, then I could to. “If” I implemented all of the steps that enabled Hal to not only reach his goals but exceed his own expectations of those goals. Just like the restaurant scene from “When Harry met Sally”, I looked at Hal’s life and said to myself, “I want what Hal is having.”The book made me go deep within myself and ask myself why did I fail? Basically it is what I would tell myself right before I would embark on a new job, a promise to a friend or family member that I would do something or be somewhere, my core being would say, “you know you won’t follow through.” My stomach would clench and I would fell sick inside. This would be followed by extreme guilt because I didn’t follow through on anything. Then my inner voice would say, “see I told you, you wouldn’t do it!” “You are such a failure. You can’t stick to your word or promises.”This book has changed that mind set. Now I don’t tell myself “I will”, instead I tell myself, “I am”. When I journal I write, I am successful, I visualise myself being successful, what that feels like and last but not least how I am going to execute it. I visualise each and every step of the way. How those steps are going to make me feel. No more commitment issues. Those are not allowed! No excuses either . Those are replaced with accountability. No more self hate. Hate has been replace with self love, confidence, peace, joy and freedom. Like I said at the beginning, The Miracle Morning is a life changer!I am going back to what my mother instilled in me from childhood and throughout my adult life which I had lost some where along the way. Mom: “Amy, you can do and be anything you want to do or be in the whole wide world. You are beautiful, intelligent, funny, strong, people like being around you and people love you. All you have to do is put your mind to it. Remember it’s mind over matter! If you believe you can then you can, BUT if you don’t believe you can then you won’t. It’s all yours for the taking…all you have to do is go out and get it.” What she left out was the “how to’s” how to set a goal and most importantly what actions need to be taken to reach and exceed my own expectations. Hal not only gives you the confidence that you can but he also gives you a plan of action. An action plan which will help you to execute those actions to reach your own level of success you’ve ever imagined but never knew quite how to get there. These steps can apply to any and every aspect of your life.So what are you waiting for?Thank you Hal for your transparency and sharing your life experiences from the good, bad, happy, sad, triumphs and tribulations with the world. Because of you, now I am experiencing things I only dreamed of but never imagined it being my reality. Thank you Hal for the gift that keeps on giving. It’s feels like Christmas morning 24/7.With much love and gratitude,Amy

I am Hooked and Grateful!
I didnât know what to expect when I started reading Miracle Morning. Then I took advantage of the offer to watch the FREE companion movieâ¦I mean how do you turn down a free movie, right? Well that blew me away and once I got the MM App I was hooked! Progressing through the 30 day MM Challenge helped me rekindle an attitude of gratitude everyday. I highly recommend MM to anyone who wants more out of themselves and their day!

Wonderful Book!
Wonderful Book.

Underwhelming
I found The Miracle Morning to be somewhat underwhelming. While the idea of creating a morning routine to boost productivity and improve your life is valuable, the book feels repetitive and padded with unnecessary anecdotes. The concept could have been summarized in a much shorter format. The âSAVERSâ routine (Silence, Affirmations, Visualization, Exercise, Reading, Scribing) is a decent framework, but it didnât feel groundbreaking or uniquely insightful. Much of the advice seems like a collection of common self-help tips repackaged in a lengthy format.Overall, while it might inspire some readers, it wasnât particularly engaging or impactful for me.

There are many self-help books available which you’d gone through, and once the excitement is over, chances are, it will keep company for the dust in your bookshelf. Here is a simple book, that will guaranteed to transform your life and you’ll be sharing it with your friends. The Miracle Morning is simple, but the potential is so great, which makes you think why you didn’t read this book a few years before! The most important thing about this book is that it’s very simple and guaranteed to transform your life.Don’t underestimate this small book, this is not only about getting up in the morning, but effectively transforming your life into a greater self even you couldn’t believe you are capable of.Each chapters are important, you might consider some chapters are important and others are not, some of the reviews already said that certain chapters as various views, author testimonials etc., which contributes nothing. Well, you should read everything, even if you dismiss some part of the book or thumb through certain chapters, you are missing important keystones. For example, on Page 26, Hal says, “One of the most prevalent, yet not-so-obvious causes of mediocrity is isolating incidents,. We do this when we mistakenly assume that each choice we make, and each individual action we take, is only affecting that particular moment, or circumstance. For example, you may think it’s no big deal to miss a workout, procrastinate on a project, or eat fast food because you’ll get a “do-over” tomorrow. You make the mistake of thinking that skipping that workout only affects that incident, and you’ll make a better choice next time. Nothing could be farther from the truth.” And he continues to explain how it will affect us and our subconscious mind. So, there are many advices in this book you will find very useful, not because it’s new, but because you’ve never considered it.The book after the introduction has divided into ten chapters. The first and second chapters are Hal’s story mixed with parallels to your life and how you can positively change your life into a success. During these chapters he talks about financial difficulties and how damaging is the debt, finding time, overcoming the challenges, things to do every morning, the steps to become a morning person. These chapters are kind of story telling Hal’s personal testimonies and the people inspired by his work and testimonies.Chapter 3 is a comprehensive chapter on acknowledging and rising above the limitations we have set ourselves which are thwarting our success in life. It identifies the causes of mediocrity, subconscious mind’s lethal strategies of self-failing mechanisms, small isolating incidents we ignore but have great impact, and more importantly how to survive these limitations.Chapter 4 and 5 stresses on how to be a morning person, these chapters deal in making you a morning person in a very practical way. Even if you’re dreading to get up early and a snooze-person like me, it will guaranteed to change you into an early morning person (actually I am writing this review at 4:30 a.m. and I did wake up four a.m.)Chapter 6 is the introduction of Life S.A.V.E.R.S (Silence, Affirmations, Visualisation, Exercise, Reading, and Scribing) the practices to save you from a life of unfulfilled potential. This may sound silly, for example, how silence and reading and things like that are going to make much difference. Once you go through Hal’s insights and advices, you’ll be amazed by the impact of his advices and wonder why you haven’t thought any of this before. Each of the S.A.V.E.R.S has their own sections to explain its importance and example. This one is quite a large chapter.Chapter 7 is the pointer, the real results in six minutes, which is a short two and half pages chapter of a key procedure that will dictate your positive energy in your everyday life. This is one of the major keys to create success and happiness in your life.Chapter 8 is customizing your Miracle Morning, which explains how you can customize your daily life, your food habits, goals and dreams, overcoming the procrastination, and even weekends.Chapter 9 is forming habits that will transform your life (in 30 days). It will guide you through various parts of your comfort zone and give advice on how to break the circle of habitual failures like New Year resolutions, negative habits, addiction to the habits, fear for changes etc. In effect, this chapter is all about habit mastery and you’ll have your chance to transform your life into a better one through its Day 1 to Day 30 instruction in three short parts.Chapter 10 is the challenge to transform your life in 30 days. You can do this! With testimonials, fast start kit and revision, this chapter is the last chapter of the book, but that’s not the end it follows more sections. Conclusion is a short section that is a guidance. Where you are is the result of who you were and the title of this section is “Let today be the day you give up who you’ve been for who you can become.” It has contact information of Hal Elrod followed by a special invitation from the Miracle Morning Community. An Essential Bonus is another section with the title “the Email that will change your life” it’s an email strategy for identifying your weaknesses and strengths. This section is followed by a two page thought provoking quotes.Buy this book, it’s worth buying, and keep the book with you, you will need to re-read it, mark it, reference it and unlike many self-help books this one will really transform you. Don’t procrastinate, take time to read it and find the answers. I am pretty sure, once you go through this book, you’ll probably moan, if you’d the chance to get this book five years before.

I enjoyed reading this. The personal side which Hal brings into it, is comforting and down to earth.I had fortunately already started to do most of the SAVERS a month or so prior to reading this, but the way the Miracle Morning packages it all up, into one simple routine allows it to flow easier.Definitely a worthwhile read if youâre looking to kick start some good habits and start working towards a more successful self.I especially appreciated the references to other self development literature and websites, it has given me some direction in this area.
