Best little Massage Gun Iâve tried
I love the build quality and battery life. I live the 3-speed options. I wish there were a couple of more head attachments. This massage gun runs for 2 hours for me before needing a charge and the charging time is relatively fast. I bought a 2nd one for my grandmother. So we both have one and it feels good on our hips and back since arthritis causes pain for us both. I thought $150 was a lot of money but this thing is worth every penny and I feel itâs a bargain. Some of the massage guns by other brands are $600. I highly recommend this massage gun.

I bought a generic ‘Aldom’ unit for $40 and the Theragun for $170 off Amazon. I wanted to know whether it was worth spending more.The Aldom’s head had a short amplitude, must’ve been under 10mm, it barely felt like a vibration, and would lose power pushing into the muscle. The motor was quiet because it barely did anything. I could feel my hand vibrating as it held the gun, but barely anything on the muscle. The build quality as trash as well, I suspect a lot of the reviews for the generics are fake.The Theragun had a real punch to it, and would keep a consistent pushing force and had a greater amplitude. The soft touch plastic, curves for handling, weight and strength of the material all felt nice.However, it’ll be some time to figure out whether the Theragun Mini for warming up for a run is worth it.
